This is my first not positive experience with H1 in Spotsy. We've taken our cars there for service for several months and the work, pricing, and experience had always been positive. This trip, for something very simple, was not. I brought the Toyota in to have the headlights adjusted; the driver's light was directed too low and the passengers too high. The quote was reasonable, and the work done quickly. Except when I got the car back, and tested the lights, there had been no adjustment. So, I took the car back for a second appointment. The technician that was tasked with working on the lights the first time was quite obviously not happy about having to work on them again. After the second appointment, I tested the lights and found that the drivers side light had been adjusted, but it had simply been adjusted to the same degree setting as the passenger side light. Now, I at least have lights that are evenly aimed, but both now aimed too high to be effective. At least I got some level of adjustment out of the fee I paid, and the two trips. I won't take the Toyota back a third time for the same issue. I will simply take it somewhere else and have the adjustments done properly.
