Spotsylvania Auto Repair

Service took too long! I called days in advance to make an appointment, and was informed that by doing so, my vehicle service would be faster than if I just dropped in. Even so, we waited 45 minutes after arrival for our vehicle to be moved to the bay. The service, which had been estimated to take between 30 & 45 minutes actually took over an hour and a half. Our time is worth more than this. We had allotted one hour in our busy schedules for this appointment. Two and a half hours is unacceptable. We think the service--oil change and tire rotation--was performed well.

The service was very good. I will consider coming back for other work in the future. I hope a business like this one succeed and have a positive influence on our community in Spotsylvania. Thanks.

The guys working there made everything easy, the service was fast, and the best part was when they found other things wrong with my vehicle they didn't try to force me into getting things fixed right then and there.

My 1996 f-150 had a ball joint replaced, tie rod end and rear axle seals replaced. I can feel the difference in the front end. However the mechanic lost some of the screws for my hub caps. Overall they did great quality work/
