Spotsylvania Auto Repair

The waiting area is more like a spa than an auto shop. They thoroughly checked out my car (there are windows with views into the shop where you can watch them) and even brought me in, under my car on the lift to show me exactly what needed to be fixed and explained what it entailed. I was so pleased with the excellent customer service, thoroughness and honesty that I'm entrusting them to work on my antique truck as well.

took a little long. but very nice, did a inspection sticker when all I wanted was an oil change. Will Be back again

This is a place where a handshake and a smile still mean something, and that their word is a measure of the business. They did everything they said they would, and then refunded money when an installed item was removed since it was not needed. They answered every question and earned the term “Honest-1” when the job was completed. I recommend this repair service to anyone who needs to know that what was quoted is what it will cost. Great people. Miguel and Mike are the best.
