I had an electrical issue with the trailer plug, I was able to explain to Mike the problem I was having and what I have already done, he took it from there and the mechanic Richard was able to fix the problem as well as Mike updating me on the progress.
I appreciate the advice and honest service I always receive at Honest Auto Care. Mike, the service manager, is top notch! If Costco trusts them, that is enough for me.
I always feel as though I am treated Fairly when I bring my car here. I don't feel talked down to because I am a woman.. And I always feel they are charging me for work that needs to be completed/done... I am so Happy to Have Honest One as my Mechanics!!

Our experience at honest 1 has been exceptional.
I have been to this location twice for services on my 2011 Mazda3 and I was pleased both times. The oil change for my Mazda3 was $65 whereas usually I pay about $80-100 for full synthetic. The crew here is very friendly and professional; they have always been very upfront about cost and what my car needs.
I have used them since they opened. You can book your appointment online and they are always courteous and let you know upfront before performing any service.

was absolutely blown away with their honesty and kindness... I WILL CONTINUE TO BRING OUR VEHICLES HERE!! They said we needed to replace wipers and a break light the break light was just lose and didn't need to be replaced they were honest told us that and didnt put the new one in Impressed !!
