Had 10am appointment and car didn’t get pulled into shop till around 11am Customer service is horrible. One customer service rep is heartless and think he knows it all

Honestly best service ever, spoke with Mike made an appointment. Easy as 1,2,3.... I’ve been to many shops that offer maintenance service for your vehicle, but never like Honest 1 Auto Care. The experience from, walking in and being greeted by Miguel to the finish line with Jordon the Tech. Customer service off the roof, way to go guys. I can Honestly and assure that I will be bringing my vehicle to Honest 1 Auto Care in Spotsylvania, Va from now on. Thank you for great hospitality.

Very respectful employees and reasonable price

I love this place !!!! We take all of our cars here. They are friendly knowledgeable and most importantly care. Best prices in town . We won’t take our cars anywhere else. Thank you for your wonderful service.

As a fellow repair shop owner I can say they are Honest and Reliable. We are in NJ and had a customer that needed an emergency repair. We called and talked to "Butch" he was able to fit them in and got them back on the road promptly at a very fair price as well. Good work !!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future . This place is absolutely wonderful! I normally despise waiting to get my oil changed because of having to wait so long, but this place was on time with my appointment and finished in a very reasonable amount of time. I was also very happy with the price at the end. I unexpectedly had to bring both of my kids with me that morning and I was dreading the wait, but when we got there we noticed they had an awesome kids play area. My kids had fun and I was able to play with them the entire time. It was a great experience. Thank you so much for the friendly service! My family and I will definitely be making this our go to place for all of our vehicles services! You've earned a long term customer!
