My experience at Honest-1 was incredible. My car died and I had it towed there for diagnostic testing; they were communicative and thorough, and kept me abreast of an otherwise stressful situation. The price for the testing was very reasonable, and their level of professionalism was above and beyond. I highly recommend their services.

Ever since I first started going here for my vehicles, I have never gone anywhere else. It has been about 3 or more years now if I'm not mistaken! Every employee is extremely friendly, understanding, helpful, and very easy to work with! Even when they are booked up fully, they do everything they can to get me taken care of when I need service on my vehicles. Thanks for the hard work and great service guys!

This is a top shelf auto repair that exemplifies professionalism in everything they do. I just had both my vehicles serviced at the Spotsylvania location. The services included the following on two different vehicles: ◻ Front disc brake pads & rotors ◻ Engine and transmission mounts ◻ New Tires ◻ Va State Inspection They are all very polite and professional in their manner and performance. I dealt mostly through the service writer Ulysses (great!) but also the general manager Mike as well as the owner Miguel Cruz who in fact was the person who usually drove me home and picked me up when services were complete. I also had the opportunity to speak to the technicians Manuel and Jordan. There was a challenging problem (a vibration) when engaging reverse but Manuel (and others I believe as well) solved it. In a direct comparison with the another nearby garage for new tires and new brakes their prices were substantially lower, in fact the price I was charged was less than the estimate. I have had the opportunity to try four different automotive repair establishments in this area (Spotsylvania at Leavells Road and Rt 208), and this one is quite simply the best. If you are located near this area, you will find them to be something rare in obtaining auto service-a pleasure.
