Having just moved to Virginia I have 3 vehicle to get registered and inspected. ,y daughter used Honest-1 Auto Care and I thought they gave her good service so I scheduled the oldest vehicle that I have with them. They did a great job for me, upfront with all of it and anything that was of question the clarified for my and gave me options. I give them a well earned 5 star rating for their honesty, capability, and work ethics. I will be back. Thank you Chris and John, and Jessica!

This is second review of Honest Auto and I gave them 5 stars, again. My rig, an immaculate 1991 FJ80 Toyota Land Cruiser I had them replace shocks front and rear and replace a power steering hose and recheck for leaks. I also had them replace the speedometer gear in the transmission. Ronnie my mechanic went way over above and beyond for my rig. The rear mounts were pretty rusty but he managed to R&R both rears and front while finally determining that the rust was superficial (he took the time to clean them and check their functionality and made sure that they were ok) he coated the rear mounts with grease then mounted the new shocks. Well, I could go on but in everything they did, Honest Auto/Ronnie they were upfront and honest and did good work. I checked the power steering pump to see if it had been cleaned off (to verify leakage) and yess it had been and the leaking hose replaced. Ronnie came out when I was doing this to make sure everything was ok by me, which it was and is. Thank you Honest Auto, you all are great! The other mechanic that worked on it before, John, also did a great job for me my first visit. Chris and Jessica are the service writers and they are great too!

My third review for Honest Auto. I appreciate their ability in the shop and behind the desk. I had another big job for them which went sideways on them in one aspect but they bit the bullet and did not charge any extra in parts nor labor to correctly fix my rig. Not sure is if Ronnie or John were the wrenches or another one, but this was a part issue,not a mech issue. They simply figured it out and fixed it with the correct part, which I appreciate not having to pay a double whammy here as it was not my rigs issue. It was somehow the wrong gasket for my rig, which were able to get the correct one for my Toyota 1991 Land Cruiser. Behind the desk was Chris, well done all of you, I believe that I get my moneys worth with this group, so whenever, I’ll be back.

Staff was pleasant and informative. Chris helped me understand what was needed to pass the state inspection.

The service at the honest one auto care was great for my wife. Chrysler, we've always had good care there and that neighbor they're honest and they do the job and we appreciate it.
